Cunningham
This Scotch whiskey drink is one cunning cocktail.
Equipment
- 1 Cocktail Glass (chilled)
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Scotch Whiskey
- ¼ ounce Bénédictine
- ¼ ounce Heering Cherry Liqueur
- ½ ounce Blood Orange Juice
- ½ ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 Brandied Cherry (garnish)
- 1 twist Blood Orange (garnish)
Instructions
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
- To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ½ ounces Scotch, ¼ ounce Bénédictine, ¼ ounce Heering Cherry Liqueur, ½ ounce of blood orange juice, and ½ ounce of lemon juice.
- Shake until everything is very cold and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry and twist of blood orange.
