To a mixing glass filled with ice, add 1 ½ ounces of Irish Whiskey, 1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth, ½ ounce of Green Chartreuse, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Stir until everything is very cold.
Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Squeeze the twist of an orange over the glass and discard. Do not garnish.
Garnish with a Brandied Cherry.
