Algonquin

The Algonquin cocktail is a tropical, rye whiskey cocktail.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Cocktail Glass (chilled)

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Rye Whiskey
  • ¾ ounce Dry Vermouth
  • ¾ ounce Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 1½ ounces of Rye Whiskey, ¾ ounce of Dry Vermouth, and ¾ ounce of unsweetened pineapple juice.
  • Shake for a few minutes or until the pineapple juice is slightly foamy.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
