The Belmont Jewel might just be the whiskey cocktail jewel in the Triple Crown.
Equipment
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Rocks Glass
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Bourbon
- 2 ounces Lemonade
- 1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
- 1 wheel Lemon (garnish)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1½ ounces of Bourbon, 2 ounces of lemonade, and 1 ounce of pomegranate juice.
- Shake until well chilled and then strain into a fresh rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a wheel of lemon.
