Bourbon Hot Chocolate Cocktail

The one thing better than hot cocoa? Boozy hot cocoa.
Servings: 1 Cocktail

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Toddy Mug

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Chocolate, Semisweet or Dark
  • 6 ounces Milk
  • ounces Bourbon
  • Mini Marshmallows (garnish)

Instructions

  • Finely chop 2 ounces of semisweet or dark chocolate and set aside
  • In a small saucepan, heat 6 ounces of milk over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Add the chopped chocolate to the bottom of a Toddy mug and then add the heated milk.
  • Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted. Stir together until smooth.
  • Add in 1½ ounces of Bourbon and stir again.
  • Garnish with a pile of mini marshmallows.
