Finely chop 2 ounces of semisweet or dark chocolate and set aside
In a small saucepan, heat 6 ounces of milk over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Add the chopped chocolate to the bottom of a Toddy mug and then add the heated milk.
Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted. Stir together until smooth.
Add in 1½ ounces of Bourbon and stir again.
Garnish with a pile of mini marshmallows.
