Equipment

  • 1 Collins Glass

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Bourbon
  • 1 half Lime
  • Sparkling Water (to top)

Instructions

  • Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  • Pour 3 ounces of Bourbon and the juice of half of a lime over the ice, leaving the lime in the glass when finished.
  • Top with sparkling water.
