Bourbon Sour Sunrise

From sunrise to sunset, the Bourbon Sour Sunrise is always a good choice.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Rocks Glass

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Bourbon
  • 1½ ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Orange Juice
  • ½ ounce Grenadine

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 3 ounces of Bourbon, 1½ ounces of lemon juice, and 1 ounce orange juice.
  • Shake until chilled and then strain in to a rocks glass.
  • Slowly pour ½ ounce of Grenadine around the inner rim of the glass, so it pours down the inside of the glass. The grenadine will gradually settle and create the sunset illusion. Do not stir.
