Irish-American Coffee

Uncle Sam’s bourbon twist on the Irish coffee.
Servings: 1 Coffee

Equipment

  • 1 Toddy Mug

Ingredients

  • ounces Bourbon
  • ½ cup Hot Coffee
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Whipped Cream (garnish)

Instructions

  • In the bottom of a Toddy Mug, add a teaspoon of sugar. (Add two if you prefer a sweeter coffee).
  • To the mug, add ½ cup of hot coffee. Stir together until the sugar has fully dissolved.
  • Add 1½ ounces of Bourbon into the mug and stir again.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
