Jack Rose
With homemade grenadine, fresh lemon juice, bourbon, and a glug of Applejack, the Jack Rose is sure to be the new apple of your eye.

Ingredients

Apple Brandy
½
ounce
Bourbon
¾
ounce
Lemon Juice
½
ounce
Grenadine

Pomegranate Juice
1½
cups
Sugar
4
tbsp
Pomegranate Molasses
Instructions
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ounce of Apple Brandy, ½ ounce of Bourbon, ¾ ounce of Lemon juice, and ½ ounce of Grenadine.
Shake together until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Grenadine
Add 2 cups of Pomegranate juice and 1½ cups of sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir for about 5 minutes, add 4 tbsps of Pomegranate Molasses, and then continue to stir.
Once the sugar is all dissolved, remove the mixture from the heat and let cool.
Notes
The homemade grenadine can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
