Man o' War
The Man o’ War cocktail is the namesake for one of the greatest Thoroughbred horses of all time.
Equipment
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Cocktail Glass
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- 1 ounce Orange Liqueur
- ½ ounce Sweet Vermouth
- ½ ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 twist Lemon (garnish)
Instructions
- To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces of Bourbon, 1 ounce of Orange Liqueur, ½ ounce Sweet Vermouth, and ½ ounce of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake until the drink is very chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
