Bourbon

Cointreau

Angostura Bitters

Peychaud's Bitters
Champagne
(to top)

(garnish)
Instructions
To a mixing glass filled with ice, add 1 ounce of Bourbon, ½ ounce Cointreau, 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Top the drink with cold Champagne.
Garnish with a long orange twist.
