South By Southwest Cocktail
The South By Southwest cocktail is a Scotch whiskey twist on the classic Negroni.
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Rocks Glass
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Scotch whiskey
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 4 sprays Orange Blossom Water
- 1 Orange Twist (garnish)
Instructions
- Gently mist the inside of a rocks glass with about 4 sprays of orange blossom water. Set aside.
- To a mixing glass filled with ice, add 1 ounce of Scotch whiskey, 1 ounce of Campari, and 1 ounce of sweet vermouth. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled.
- Strain into the misted rocks glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
Notes
- If you don’t have any tool for misting, swirl a teaspoon of orange blossom water around the inside of the glass and then discard.
