In a cocktail shaker, muddle together 2 wedges of lemon and 4 leaves of mint.
To the cocktail shaker, add 1 ounce of Bourbon, 1 ounce of Unsweetened Iced Tea, 1 tsp of Simple Syrup, and 1 tsp of Strega (optional).
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
